All products are handmade in small batches with love and care. Please bear in mind that because all of these items are handcrafted, they may have some slight imperfections such as: slight color differences, slightly off center labels, or slight variations in wax appearance. We test all of our products for quality and safety and strive for perfection and satisfaction.

Environmentally Friendly

We use all natural plant-derived products that are safe for the whole family and good for our environment. We only use Certified Sustainable Palm oil from a reputable source in our cold and hot processed soap products. Our products are vegan, with the exception of the products that contain honey. Our vegan products do not contain honey. We only use honey from local farmers and beekeepers who uphold the best standards of bee care.

Our scented products are only made from Clean Formulated fragrance oils or essential oils. We promise our products will never contain:

Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

To request a refund or exchange:
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request exchanges or store credit. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for refund. If you have another issue with your product please contact us immediately at ContactUs@MorningReign.com or use the "Chat with us" button at the bottm left corner, so that we can assist you with your issue.

To Request a cancellation:
Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once order ships, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom made products:
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for custom or personalized items.

Failure to contact us or ship items back (if requested) within the required timeframe will result in a final sale with no refund or exchange.
