Orders $50.00 or more before tax, get FREE SHIPPING.

Orders under $50.00 before tax, get $7 Flat rate Shipping.

Items ship within 3-5 business days.

We currently only ship within the US 48 contiguous states. Sorry, no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries at this time.

Bulk/Custom Order Shipping

Orders under $50.00 before tax and under 15lbs, get $7 Flat rate Shipping.

Orders above $50 before tax and/or above 15lbs, will ship at lowest applicable carrier rate for desired shipping speed.

First invoice Items (samples) ship within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted.

Free shipping promos are not eligible for custom/bulk orders, unless otherwise noted.

Lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once we have handed the packages over to delivery couriers or post office. Please ensure your shipping address is correct! If you have an issue with your delivery please contact the delivery courier directly to file a claim. Tracking numbers will always be provided for your items in the shipping confirmation email.

To request a refund or exchange:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request refunds or exchanges. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for refunds. If your item is not damaged or defective, but you are not satisfied with your product, you may request an exchange or store credit. To Request a cancellation:
Please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once order fulfills and/or ships, it cannot be cancelled.

Bulk/Custom made products:
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for custom or personalized items.

Failure to contact us or ship items back (if requested) within the 14-day required timeframe will result in a final sale with no refund or exchange.
